Bangin Biscuits GF/Vegan

GF Vegan Biscuits  3c gluten free flour  1 Tblsp baking powder  1 Tsp salt  6 Tblsp. Shortening (cold is best)   1 1/2 C “Milk” Rice Milk or Pea Milk are my favorite for baking    Optional: for sweeter biscuits add 2 tblsp sugar      Pre-heat 425  Mix Dry Ingredients  Add shortening to dry mixture and cut it in with pastry cutter or two forks until mixture is crumbly  Creat a well in the center of the dry mix and pour the milk into the well  Gently mix the biscuit mixture until it has just come together  Drop large spoonfuls onto lightly floured baking sheet and lightly press the top so it’s not too round, do not over flatten  Optional: brush melted “butter” of your choice (I use Nucoa or Earth Balance) on the top for browning  Bake for 15-20 min  Enjoy!!!❤️     Xoxo    Cass
